So this image popped into my head a few weeks ago and finally got around to getting it down on paper, onto the pc and coloured.
It comes along with a fresh renewal of my faith. It's about time I used the gift of art God gave me to spread his word. This piece is called "Grace 4 a Gangsta", features a quote from the book of Matthew. Depicts a young man, almost at the end of his ropes...yet hope shines eternal and just when all seems lost, he finds Jesus below a street light on the streets of London. Basically, it shines a spotlight (or street light) on the rampant knife crime and gang culture swelling in London these days. And I can't help but think that all of these wayward teens need someone and if they just turned to Christ, he'll forgive them of EVERYTHING they've ever done. There is a way out, there is a key. Despite everything they've done, Christ came and died for THEM.... It could be you in the pic, it could be someone you know...and HE wants you to know that it's not too late. I know people sometimes say this as a joke but I'm dead serious when I say Jesus loves YOU. Forget bout me or anyone else, he loves YOU and if you want him to, he can make you drop the knife and pick up the Word for the Word of God is your sword and faith is your Shield. And no weapon formed against his chosen shall prosper. Enjoy  |

I never really seen someone come up with this idea. It's very unique. I love how the variety of lights shine down on the g-man.
