Rose

Story: It began with a quake of otherworldly energy, spreading across the entire planet...and then she awoke. Arising from what appeared to be some form of hibernation, she found herself alone and confused. She had no idea who she was, what she was or where she was. All she knew is that she needed to get out. Finally bursting out into the warmth of sunlight, she found herself in a beautiful world she did not know. She could feel a strange power coursing through every part of her being, waiting to be unleashed. Seeing a poster for the 4th Street Fighter tournament, something suddenly clicks. She doesn’t know why, but she must enter this tournament. Her answers lie there.

Notes:

 After Bison had a new body constructed, Rose’s body was placed in hibernation as an extra failsafe should something happen to him again. When Gill’s powers are taken from him, it causes a strange backlash of otherworldly energy that travels across the planet. This energy passes through Rose’s soulless body and for some inexplicable reason, it awakens. Whether the “soul” inhabiting this body is Rose, Bison or both is unknown...or whether it is an entirely different entity. Only time will tell
 Rose’s body contains the potential to use both Psycho and Soul power. It is this energy she feels coursing through her body and thus she uses techniques from both, seeing as she contains subconscious memories from both the original Rose and M.Bison.
 When Rose awakens, she is wearing a garment similar to Bison’s; thus, this causes some to speculate that he has in fact returned in a new body.
