I'd say "no". Close, but too different to be a jacking.

So many straight on posees out there that look similar... If they did use you as a reference, they went far enough way from the original to (in my books) not qualify.

I'd say it's similar, but your design also had some similarities with a design of Superboy's costume at one time. It's just parallel creativity. They're similar, but so is both designs to Superboy's older custome.

Similar, yes... but I doubt they stole the idea. Possible, but doubtful. ^_^
